These Terms govern your access to and use of Bizxverse (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Bizxverse provides software to manage inventory, production, purchasing, sales and related operations, plus a public storefront and, over time, network features. We may add, change or remove features.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That means no attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of the business data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed when you subscribe. Pricing is provided on request. See Pricing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant no ownership in it.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, unless otherwise required.
